RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Nana Beauty within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. You may return it to us for Refund, Store Credit or an Exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned Items must be new and unused condition, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note, fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and may not be returned due to transport restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
Note:
- For orders that are shipped: if you would like to make a cancellation, a $15 fee will be charged (For order recall fee and shipping fee)
- For orders that are shipped: if you would like to change the shipping address, a $17 fee will be charged.
- For orders that are shipped and delivered: if you would like to make a return for personal reasons (ex: you no longer need the item), a shipping fee will be charged. (Please contact our customer service team to get your estimated shipping fee); restocking fee will not be charged.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@nanabeautyla.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form provided, and mail your returns to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
EXCEPTIONS
The following Items cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges:
- Flash Sale & Clearance & Final sale products
- Certain personal Items
- Products cannot be returned due to allergic reaction
- Subscription boxes
- International orders

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, INCORRECT ORDERS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@nanabeautyla.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
If an incorrect order was shipped to you, or the order was damaged during shipping, we will be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
ON SALE/FLASH SALE ITEM
If the item is on sale, the item cannot be refunded but it is final sale.
