SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $79 and over (excluding taxes).

We ships to fifty states within the United States, excluding P.O. boxes. 

Orders received before 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) Monday-Friday will normally be processed the same day. 

Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders received on Friday by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) selecting Priority/Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday, barring unforeseen carrier delays. 

Please check the shipment tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest shipping status. 

If your order contains a HAZMAT item, it will be shipped by ground shipping (2-8 days total delivery time.) 

HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS (Priority) shipping services. Orders $199 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority.

For Orders under $199, there will be a charge of $29.95 shipping fee.  We regret that we are unable to ship restricted hazardous items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

RESTRICTED HAZARDOUS ITEMS

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $7.95 if orders are under $79.

Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International shipment, we offer USPS (Priority) shipping services.

For Orders $299 and over, orders will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority. 

For Orders under $299, there will be a charge $39.95 shipping fee. 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

   - 4th of July

   - Labor Day

   - Veteran's Day

   - Thanksgiving

   - Christmas

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation E-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The E-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on SkinNote.com, visit the My Account. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
